Who We Are?

We are an association of land administration professionals working to improve land administration and land governance in Ethiopia.

The Ethiopian Land Administration Professionals Association (ELAPA) was established in 2020 as a non-profit, non-partisan and non-religious organisation. ELAPA aims to become Ethiopia’s leading land association, known for its contributions to the land sector by working with all stakeholders to influence land policy and administration, providing training on the subject, and providing forums for debate and information exchange on key national issues.
The association strives to have interactive mechanisms to communicate effectively with its members, stakeholders and the community.
